1Application Review
Once you submit your application, our Talent Acquisition team will review your background. If your experience aligns with our needs, we’ll reach out to connect. If not, we’ll keep your information in mind for future opportunities.
2Introductory Call
In our first conversation, we want to get to know you and share more about why we love Panacea Financial. We’ll discuss your experience and walk you through what to expect in the process ahead.
3Interview with the Hiring Manager & Technical Assessment
You’ll meet with the hiring manager to dive deeper into the role and team goals. Some positions may include a technical test or practical exercise tailored to the skills needed for the role.
4Team Interviews
You’ll connect with potential team members and cross-functional partners for behavioral and technical interviews. We’ll make sure you’re prepared and confident for these conversations.
5Final Round with Leadership
Meet senior leaders and discuss our vision, values, and how your impact could shape our future. This is your opportunity to ask any remaining questions and see how you’ll contribute to our continued growth.
6Offer & Next Steps
